GROUP TRAINING

Elite small group training - think personal training without the price tag. Classes include functional weight training, cross training, high intensity interval training, mobility courses, and more. Small caps of 12 per class at our Silver Lake club.

SEMI-PRIVATE OPEN GYM

Clients have full utilization of our club and equipment. A required 24 hour advance reservation required to keep caps low. Clients receive an access code for entry to the club based on availability. 2 hour time limit per session.
